Drawings

I use light and color to capture the viewer's eye to entice them to further explore the depth and interpretation of my drawings. Through this lens, I'm inspired to draw using a photo-realistic form of expression for the subject within the work to convey a sense of viewing it at its origin.

The emphasis on lighting conditions reflect my desire to incorporate my life and memory experiences within my drawings. My drawings are not only an observation of what I see, but more importantly, an expression of how I choose to view the world -- through emphasis on light and color.
